Overview

The Operations and Visual Manager is part of the management team along with the General Manager.

All Managers are involved in:

• Leading people to provide exceptional customer service.
• Driving our business to achieve our business goals.
• Building effective teams and developing talent.
• Communicating effectively with staff, Management Team, and customers.
• Instilling trust and ensuring accountability.
• Leading by example on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

The Operations and Visual Manager is also responsible for:

• Partnering with the General Manager to drive business success; setting goals based on sales, performance, and payroll management.
• Supporting processes for inventory control, curbside orders, delivery, register and money handling, and order management.
• Leading store operations including repairs, maintenance, facilities updates, supplies, meetings, walkthroughs, cleaning, and stockroom organization.
• Leading visual merchandising to ensure perfect product presentation in line with departmental directions.
• Managing the sales floor and employee activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, reviews, and coaching.
