pFriem Family Brewers is seeking an Operations and Supply Chain Analyst in Hood River, OR. This role evaluates data and process flows across production, logistics, and procurement to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and optimize movement of goods through the brewery.
The role reports to the Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer and collaborates with the Director of Brewery Operations to hit financial and operational targets.

The Operations and Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for evaluating the data and process flows across the production, logistics, and procurement functions to improve efficiencies, lower costs, and improve the overall movement of goods through the brewery. The role reports to the Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer and works closely with the Director of Brewery Operations and other key brewery stakeholders to achieve financial and operational targets within the Brewery.
You are hard-working, detail oriented, able to work cross functionally, and able to work well in a busy but efficient brewery. You are self-motivated, have a continuous improvement mindset, are capable of multitasking effectively, and able to work with a sharp focus and tidiness.
