Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Operations and Sales Manager for the Torrance branch to manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive service upsell opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service and 5+ years landscaping experience, plus a valid driver’s license and strong office/CRM skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience required.
• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in horticulture/customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
