We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Operations and Planning to drive excellence across our eCommerce and wholesale operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth fashion or consumer goods environment and wants to make a measurable impact every day. You'll own our backend operations—from fulfillment to forecasting—and ensure that everything runs efficiently, profitably, and with precision.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee our warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment across DTC and wholesale
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, factories, and internal teams to streamline execution
• Lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, and alignment with sales and cash flow
• Own logistics: troubleshoot delays, manage freight costs, and enforce SLAs
• Oversee vendor shipping, invoice accuracy, and PO reconciliation
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Qualifications

5+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or planning—ideally in fashion, DTC, or consumer goods

Proven success managing inventory, demand planning, and logistics at scale

Strong analytical acumen

Excellent communicator and collaborator with a cross-functional mindset

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with inventory tools a plus
