Overview:

The Corporate Planning Manager supports the Treasurer's duties such as financial reporting and tax filing, and manages the Corporate Planning and Administrative divisions. The candidate needs an understanding of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business practices.

Job Details:

• Prepare corporate tax returns and communicate with external USCPAs.
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual state tax filings and make estimated tax payments (calculations provided by external USCPA).
• Prepare consolidated financial reports quarterly and communicate with the parent company in Japan.
• File annual reports to states.
• Communicate with banks to open, close, and manage bank accounts.
• Finance company funds to maximize profit.
• Manage accounting ERP system implementation.
• Consult on accounting concerns and questions across divisions.
• Control budgets.
• Assist the Accounting division as needed.
• Support the IT division.

Requirements:
