Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky LLC in Kentucky is seeking a senior facilities lead to oversee construction finish, operation and maintenance systems, and collaborate with production for debugging to meet the production plan.

The role requires 6–8 years managing large factory facilities, CAD/Excel/PPT proficiency, and strong English for technical documentation and safety coordination. On-site work with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in refrigeration, HVAC or related major.
  • 6–8 years experience managing large factory facilities (preferred).
  • Lead teams to maintain stable system operation and energy-saving targets.
  • Proficient with CAD, Excel, PowerPoint and office software.
  • Strong communication, stress tolerance and initiative.
  • Professional English for technical documentation and safety communication.

Responsibilities

  • Finish construction, build operation/maintenance systems, and coordinate with production for debugging to meet production plans.
  • Organize development of management systems for refrigeration, air compression, water systems, dehumidifiers and devices; enforce rules via inspections.
  • Assist in monthly PM planning and review energy-saving schemes for factory buildings.
  • Maintain mechanical equipment, implement SOPs, and improve grid system efficiency.
  • Analyze water, electricity and gas usage to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Lead the team with task decomposition and professional training of personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety production requirements and training of staff on implementation.

Job Overview
  1. Be specifically responsible for finishing the construction, building the project operation and maintenance system, cooperating with the production department for debugging and transformation, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and complete the production plan on time;
  2. Responsible for organizing the formulation of various management systems for refrigeration stations, air compressor stations, pure water stations, dehumidifiers and other devices, and implementing various rules and regulations through inspection;
  3. Participate in the preparation of monthly PM plan;
  4. Participate in the review of energy-saving technical transformation scheme of factory buildings;
  5. Responsible for the use and maintenance of mechanical equipment, implement SOP documents of various equipment, and improve the efficiency of grid system;
  6. Analysis of water, electricity and gas usage, and excavate the energy-saving scheme of the system.
  7. Scientific management, take measures to reduce the material consumption and energy consumption caused by various factors due to maintenance, and do a good job in repairing the old and making good use of the waste;
  8. Lead the team to complete task decomposition and professional training of personnel;
  9. Respond to the company's safety production requirements and regulations, and organize employees to implement the landing.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above in refrigeration, HVAC or related major
  2. 6-8 years experience in managing largy factory facilties is preferred
  3. Lead the team to complete important work such as stable system operation, BA system operation and maintenance, energy saving indicators, and overall overhaul;
  4. Proficient in using CAD, proficient in EXCEL, PPT and other office software;
  5. Have good communication skills, pressure resistance and initiative;
  6. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
  7. Good learning, communication, teamwork and logical thinking skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
