Alzheimer’s Association in Providence, RI is seeking an Operations and Development Associate to support administrative operations, data entry, and development activities for the chapter. You will manage front-desk duties, coordinate volunteers, and assist with Walk to End Alzheimer’s campaigns and events.
The role requires strong self-management, discretion, and excellent communication. Occasional evenings and weekend work may be required, with full-time weekly hours and a competitive benefits
The Operations and Development Associate is responsible for key administrative and logistical activities in the Chapter’s offices in Providence, Rhode Island. These include supporting the efficient operation of the office environment and assisting professionals with data entry and software packages such as Luminate and Personify. Additionally, they will be responsible for associate-level Development duties. This position requires exceptional self-management capability, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and discretion (confidentiality).
This position is grant funded.

Position Grade & Compensation: Grade 302. The Alzheimer's Association’s good faith expectation for the hourly range for this role is between $23.00 – $25.00
