Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, Geography (GIS), or related field; three years of experience in management analysis, operational performance evaluation, GIS, or related fields.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial analyses; develop performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Develop and monitor dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Lead system administration for FASTER, CityWorks, and related software; coordinate upgrades and training.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support continuous improvement in operations.
