Job summary

Four Hands, a leading furniture designer and wholesaler based in Austin, TX, seeks a Business Operations Analyst Intern for the Spring 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, process improvement, and ERP system work while supporting cross-functional teams on real-world projects.

This 12-week, on-site internship starts January 2027 and offers exposure to data cleansing, reporting, and data validation within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
• Interest in ERP systems (Dynamics 365) and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and validation to support business decisions and operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with Master Data, Product Information, Sales Operations, and other teams to investigate data challenges and support solutions.
• Support business projects, including coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting requirements and action items.
• Assist with tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system, including updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Support master data management activities, including data updates, quality checks, and process documentation.
