Four Hands in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Demand Planner Intern for a 12-week, on-site spring term starting January 2027. You will learn forecasting and inventory strategy, maintain data accuracy, and support planning projects that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include data entry for POs, forecasts, and inventory updates; maintaining planning tools; reconciling data discrepancies; generating sales/inventory reports; coordinating PO flow with global teams; and upholding Four Hands

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (IF Function, VLOOKUP).

• Assist with maintaining and updating planning tools, reports, and templates for forecasting and business analysis.
• Support in monitoring and reconciling discrepancies in data, ensuring alignment across teams and systems.
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Assist in purchase orders and receipt flow in partnership with global teams.

As a Demand Planner Intern, you’ll dive into the world of forecasting and inventory strategy. You’ll learn how to keep data accurate, build and maintain reporting tools, and support planning projects that help support business decisions.

This position is expected to start in January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring 2027 term (through April 2027).Our internships are 12 weeks and on-site in Austin, TX.

The Ideal Person

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (IF Function, VLOOKUP)
