Rocket Loans is seeking a Data Analyst in Detroit to partner with leadership, collect, analyze, and report data driving operational excellence. You will build dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools to inform decisions for operations, call center, and servicing teams, while contributing to a transition to Sigma for reporting.

You will work with Senior Data Analyst leadership to ensure data quality, tell data-driven stories to stakeholders, and stay current with analytics best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field.
• 3+ years using SQL to create and analyze data sets.
• Experience creating KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience executing end-to-end data analyses.
• Ability to tell stories with data for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of statistics and programming fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Identify patterns in operations and call center data using statistics and visualization.
• Create BI tools, dashboards, reports for operations and servicing metrics.
• Support data-driven decisions with stakeholders in ops and collections.
• Document and explore data to investigate performance and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with operations stakeholders to meet analytics goals.
• Define and validate data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Develop KPIs around operational performance and business health.
• Support transition to Sigma as primary reporting platform.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends in data analytics.
