Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an Operations Analyst Manager to lead a team of 8–10 analysts within Global Operations. You’ll deliver actionable insights, scalable reporting, and governance across data products, while driving AI-enabled automation and predictive analytics. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of improving operational performance in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, data analytics, operations, or related field; 4–6 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading analytics teams in a global, matrixed operations environment.
• Strong data visualization and dashboard skills using Power BI, Excel, SAP Business Objects.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or predictive analytics to improve efficiency.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Operations Analyst team supporting analytics, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Establish team priorities, cadence, performance expectations, and accountability for timely delivery of solutions.
• Drive scalable reporting, dashboards, datasets, and governance across self-service analytics.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort and enable predictive insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation and AI use cases aligned to priorities.
