Qualifications

• 4–6 years of supervisory experience in global operations.
• Experience leading analytics teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an Operations Analyst team across analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
• Set priorities, cadence, and accountability to ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions.
• Develop and govern scalable reporting, dashboards, datasets, and self-service analytics.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation and AI use cases.
• Ensure data governance, access controls, and data integrity across datasets.
• Translate complex data into executive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify gaps, risks, and trends; drive data-driven countermeasures.
• Lead change management for new data products and AI tools.
• Measure and publish performance against metrics; improve reporting usability.
