Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks an Operations Analyst to provide expert program operations support to the PM MAGTF C2 program office. This on-site role coordinates daily operations, attends weekly meetings, captures notes and actions, and delivers metrics and reports to keep activities on track.

The position requires 8 years of experience and a Secret clearance, working closely with the PM, DPM, APMs, and team leads in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance is required.
• 8 years of experience in program operations or a related field.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, capture action items, and produce minutes.
• Experience organizing documents and generating metrics/reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management support to PM MAGTF C2, coordinating with leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
• Attend weekly program meetings; coordinate facility resources, take notes, and record action items.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files for ease of access.
• Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings.
• Schedule meetings/facilities with leadership and prepare weekly schedule input to the portfolio.
