Jewelers Mutual is seeking an Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027 in a hybrid role focused on analyzing trends and optimizing processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

The intern will work with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze datasets related to shipping, claims, and carrier performance, and help define bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. A strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decision making and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, supply chain management, or similar field with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
