Job summary

Dutch Ridge Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst I to support data projects, manage records, and coordinate meetings in Washington, DC on-site daily. You will prepare materials, enter data into systems, and ensure calendar and communications flow efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a TS clearance and strong MS Office skills, with solid organizational and coordination abilities for a fast-paced government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 3 years general office experience; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations.
• Collect data and run basic reports in response to inquiries.
• Enter data into databases, documents, and spreadsheets accurately.
• Create, customize, prepare, and maintain presentations and briefing materials.
• Review and modify correspondence for consistency and conformance.
• Maintain calendar for management and arrange meetings based on schedules.
• Coordinate and support meetings and special events, including amenities and funds collection.
• Schedule accommodations for meetings, record lunch requests, and handle VC/telecon requirements.
• Distribute read-ahead material for scheduled meetings to attendees.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedules for meetings and visits.
• Enter data and maintain office databases such as org charts, personnel, travel, training, and budget.
• Enter and maintain professional data; act as records manager and maintain office files.
• Collect and archive forms, enter data into timekeeping for branch chief review.
• Coordinate and organize electronic materials using databases, servers, and SharePoint.
