Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) seeks an entry-level Operations Analyst to support its Collective Investment Trusts (CIT) team in Oaks, PA.

You will assist with trade processing, account opening, regulatory filings, and website access; collaborate with internal teams and sub-advisors; and help prepare materials for boards and committees. Training and support will be provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Collective Trust Funds, Employee Benefits, Investments, trust and/or insurance administration is ideal but not necessary.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support clients by email and phone.
• Strong customer service skills for daily client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily activities for collective funds including trade processing and administrative support.
• Prepare account opening and maintenance documents for foreign market investments.
• Assist CIT Specialists and Trust Officers with governmental filings and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare materials for Trust Company board and committees.
• Oversee maintenance of the CIT website and access for users.
• Collaborate with internal teams and sub-advisors to organize reporting.
