Job summary

Edgesource Corporation is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily operations, onboarding, and employee engagement, serving as a central point across departments. You will assist reporting, compliance, facilities, communications, and engagement initiatives.

The role focuses on coordinating assets, access, events, and internal communications to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Hybrid work is available with on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Familiar with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of process flows and process optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify urgency and prioritize work.
• On-site: 3-5 days and Remote: 1-2 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and source employee recognition gifts and communications for anniversaries, birthdays, and achievements.
• Assemble and package welcome boxes for new hires and support corporate events.
• Manage distribution of employee engagement surveys and Top Workplaces registrations.
• Develop company-wide announcements and monthly newsletters.
• Create, curate, and schedule content for company social media platforms.
• Maintain SharePoint intranet content and ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate asset issuance and access credentials for onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain asset records and manage office supplies and shipping.
• Serve as first line of Operations support and respond to employee requests.
