Operations Accounting Analyst (Fixed Income)

Premier Asset Management Firm; 70-80k + Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Cash Balances
• Complete cash transaction reconciliations
• Complete monthly holding reconciliations
• Corporate actions – Facilitate, process, and manage
• Maintain accounting system integrity
• Trade Settlement
• Onboarding new accounts, transitions and closes
• Capital market and fixed income securities accounting
• Research, resolve, reconcile fund discrepancies
• Relationship Management (banks)
• Monthly service meetings
• Money Management (treasury Analysis)

Qualifications

• Four year degree
• Accounting and/or Operations experience in an Investment Firm or 3rd party Administrator
• Bloomberg experience is a plus
• Time Management and excellent communication skills
