Precision Garage Door Service is seeking an Operations Analyst in Pompton Plains to support daily financial and operational needs. You will handle payments in ServiceTitan, reconcile invoices, and work cross-functionally with operations and accounting teams.

The role requires 1+ years in business operations or similar, experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan/Salesforce), and strong organizational skills. QuickBooks experience is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in business operations, commercial support, or similar professional role.
• Experience with CRM systems like ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with financial data such as invoicing, payments, or AR/AP is preferred.
• Basic understanding of AR, AP, GL, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Able to work independently and across departments.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Apply, batch, and post daily customer payments in ServiceTitan.
• Perform daily invoice reconciliation in ServiceTitan and follow up on discrepancies.
• Review and tag jobs appropriately and communicate with team members to resolve items.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Follow up with technicians and field employees regarding cash and checks.
• Apply for and track supplier rebates.
• Enter financial and operational data into QuickBooks accurately.
• Count and reconcile daily cash and prepare bank deposits.
• Enter and process vendor bills.
• Research and correct payment issues, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot in ServiceTitan.
• Provide support to AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Serve as first contact for payment, invoice, billing, and operational questions.
• Work closely with operations, technicians, management, customers, vendors, and accounting team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and on time.
• Identify discrepancies or process issues and take ownership to resolve them.
