Morgan Stanley is offering a 2027 Operations Full-time Analyst Program in Utah (South Jordan/Sandy) for graduating students with a focus on Operations. The program provides orientation, financial, technical, and professional skills training and opportunities to network with senior management.

You will collaborate across Ops teams to improve processes, support service delivery, and manage risks while preparing for a permanent assignment within Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate across Ops teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive greater operational efficiency.
• Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional service to clients in trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting and fraud monitoring.
• Partner with Technology to design, manage and implement business process changes to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships to deliver world class operational services.
• Upon training completion, analysts will be assigned to an Ops team based on business needs.
