Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations Management
- Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance.
- Think strategically and in detail to understand how changes in one area affect others.
E-commerce Expertise- Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software and quickly learn new tools.
- Troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps, including payment gateways like Recharge, email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, social platforms, and affiliate management tools.
- Create flows, campaigns, and segments; analyze email marketing data for improvements; collaborate with creative teams for email design.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and best practices for a cutting-edge e-commerce presence.
- Knowledge of Shopify's technical features and coding is a plus; collaborate effectively with developer teams.
Data Analysis- Manage social media platforms and analyze platform features and analytics.
- Manage social media shops (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends.
- Generate reports and visualize data to inform decisions.
- Evaluate website performance and troubleshoot issues.
Customer Experience- Utilize platforms like Gorgias for customer service, understanding grievances, and solving issues.
- Implement customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
Marketing & Growth- Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, email flows, and landing pages.
- Identify and engage influencers and affiliates for outreach.
Project & Fulfillment Management- Oversee fulfillment processes, manage inventory, and ensure quality standards.
Team Development & Collaboration- Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness.
- Develop onboarding and training programs for team members.
Qualifications
- At least one year of proven success in operations or e-commerce management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new platforms, and a self-starter with strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and related apps is a plus.
