Operations Analyst

Seeking a full-time Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Creation and resets of users (NetX360 and NetX Investor)
• Customer Service with different topics
• Wire Transfers & ACH
• Free Deliveries, Receives & ACATS Standing Instructions
• Certifications
• Corporate Actions
• Corestone and AMEX cards
• Print all Daily Reports for the internal file.
• Data Analyst, Operations statistic reports, Presentations.
• Settlements

Qualifications

• Series 99 or availability to take certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Detail Oriented, team player
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• NetX360
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Sharp analytics skills, entrepreneur spirit, and self-driven.
