You will support active searches, maintain core datasets, and help design practical automations leveraging Power Automate and Power BI, while ensuring data provenance and reliable metrics.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivots, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI/Power Query or SQL or Python.
• Ability to translate processes into data-driven workflows and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation skills.
• On-site work in South Portland, ME and U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support active searches, client intake, and project launch calls.
• Maintain KPI tracking and enrich CRM data for reporting.
• Assist in building lightweight automations using Power Automate or scripts.
• Support data governance, data provenance, and data flow documentation.
• Contribute to research, marketing analytics, and data pulls as needed.
