Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst in the Corporate Customer Service department to turn contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and deliver legendary service across North America.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, developing SQL queries, and building Power BI dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs. This on-site role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements in customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• RPA a plus.
• H-1B not applicable to Uline.
