SERVPRO is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our construction and restoration projects with data-driven insights. You will analyze job performance, margins, and cycle times; build reports and dashboards; and help optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and workflows for field teams.

You will partner with project managers and leadership to identify trends, refine standard operating procedures, and support budgeting and forecasting.
