Placements24 is seeking an proactive Operations Analyst in Randburg to drive operational efficiency through data analysis and process evaluation. You’ll work with multiple departments to identify performance gaps and deliver data-driven recommendations in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
