Job description

Operations Analyst Randstad - TSMC Arizona

TSMC makes the computer chips that run phones, cars, and computers all over the world. Our new factory in Phoenix is hiring right now. You do not need a college degree or chip experience to start. We pay you full-time from day one, train you for 6 to 9 months, and give you nearly half the year off.

What You Will Do

You will work in a modern control room and run the computer systems that move chips through the factory:

  • Watch the Screens: Track live computer screens to make sure machines run smoothly.

  • Fix Alerts Fast: When a red light or system alarm goes off, follow step-by-step guides to fix it quickly.

  • Work with Engineers: Talk with teammates and engineers when a machine needs hands‑on help.

  • Log the Facts: Type quick notes in Excel and system logs so the next shift knows what happened.

What You Need

  • School: High school diploma or GED. (That is all you need to apply!)

  • Computer Skills: You know how to use a keyboard, a mouse, email, and basic programs like Word and Excel.

  • Focus: You pay close attention to details and follow written safety rules carefully.

  • Team Player: You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.

The Schedule (Work Half the Year)

  • 3 to 4 Days a Week: Week 1, work 4 days and get 3 days off. Week 2, work 3 days and get 4 days off.

  • 12-Hour Shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

  • Shift Rotation: The factory runs 24/7/365. You must be willing to take turns working day shifts and night shifts once your training ends.

  • Workspace: You spend most of your shift at a computer desk. A few times a week, you put on a cleanroom suit (a protective white suit) to walk the factory floor.

What You Get

  • Full Paid Training: 6 to 9 months of step‑by‑step training. We teach you every tool and program you need to know.

  • Room to Move Up: Do great work and move up into shift leader or project manager roles.

  • More Free Time: Built‑in 3‑day and 4‑day weekends give you more time for family, hobbies, and rest.
