We are seeking an Operations Analyst in New York with a hybrid work schedule.
The Operations Analyst supports the Private Capital broking teams throughout the policy lifecycle and also assists with surplus lines compliance filing preparation. As a member of the Private Capital Operations team, the candidate coordinates with brokers and various cross-functional departments to ensure all best practices are followed, and service-level agreements are met according to internal standards. The analyst works with broking teams to compile relevant surplus lines filing documentation, reconcile financial information on policies, including premiums, taxes, and fees, and prepare information for filing with state surplus lines authorities. This role will be based in our New York City office (on-site with some opportunity for remote work
This role offers direct exposure to transaction workflows and broker activity, with the opportunity to build expertise in broking operations, client onboarding, surplus lines compliance and deal execution within a rapidly growing platform
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,00 - $85,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
