Selene is seeking a qualified candidate for the Operations Analyst position (“Analyst”). This role will focus exclusively on certain Pretium residential credit private equity funds and will report to the VP of Operations. The Analyst will manage and/or assist with various operational functions, including monthly financing administration with multiple investment banks, new mortgage pool closings, and new financing line set‑ups and closings (e.g., repurchase agreements or securitizations). The analyst will collaborate closely with fund controllers, trustees, and the paying agent of the private equity funds, and must be comfortable working with large, complex datasets in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and prioritize and maintain a large volume of multi‑faced work. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, changing business environment are required.
