Job description

Type: Full-time; Hybrid (3-4 days/week in-office to start)

Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience)

Reporting to the Sr. Sales Planning Analyst, the Analyst, Operations will lead, inspire, and support the fulfillment team to efficiently process and deliver customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is responsible for supporting our order-to-cash process, by clear communication between the Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Associates, and our Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals and maintain high morale.
• Oversee order processing, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control while meeting customer timelines and internal lead times.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of outgoing orders to meet customer expectations and organizational forecasts.
• Support Client Facing routing portals used in managing pickup and/or delivery.
• Analyze weekly, monthly and annual performance and generate regular reports to identify trends, resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with other teams (Operations, Customer Care, Commercial Sales) for seamless end-to-end order fulfillment.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance team culture.
• Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
• Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and adjust resources to meet dynamic business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and industry regulations.

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of data analysis, supply chain, and/or warehouse operations experience.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, with basic functions including Pivot Tables, V Lookups, and IF statements.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (RF-Smart, WMS, etc.) inventory management systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
