Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Power Query or other data transformation tools a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and develop actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality assurance
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment

Responsibilities

• Support labor planning and forecasting through data analysis, staging, reporting, scheduling configuration, and process optimization initiatives
• Execute recurring QA and validation to ensure accuracy across reporting, labor models and data outputs
• Analyze operational, labor and financial data to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities for business decisions
• Build, maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes for visibility and efficiency
• Collaborate with field leadership and cross-functional partners to investigate questions, evaluate business impacts and support initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, deep dives, and special projects in a fast-paced retail environment
