Sompo has a unique opportunity for an Operations Analyst in our Insurance Operations team.
As an Underwriting Operations Analyst, you’ll complete a high-volume portfolio of transactional work supporting the policy lifecycle after the underwriting decision. You’ll manage assigned work from start to finish while meeting service level agreements, productivity expectations, and quality standards, with opportunities to strengthen your operational expertise, support process improvements, and contribute to initiatives that help the business operate more effectively.
This position will be based out of our Charlotte, NC office. You’ll join a collaborative team that values continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence while supporting the continued growth of our Insurance Operations organization.
$55,000 – $95,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
