Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate student with an expected graduation date of May 2028.

Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, tools, and operational challenges.
Analyze operational data, metrics, and processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Document current-state workflows, process maps, and business requirements.
Research AI, automation, and process-improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across business, product, technology, analytics, finance, and go-to-market teams.
Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
