Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field with May 2028 graduation.
• Experience with data analysis and report creation in academic or internship settings.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, or data-driven analyses through academic, internship, project, or extracurricular work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes, workflows, tools, and operational challenges.
• Analyze operational data, metrics, and business processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document current-state workflows, process maps, and business requirements.
• Support assessments of governance, reporting, support, knowledge management, and business continuity processes.
• Research and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process improvement techniques to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across business, product, technology, analytics, finance, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Present findings, recommendations, and future-state process improvement concepts to EPMO leadership and stakeholders.
