BVRG is a boutique growth marketing agency seeking a hands-on Fractional COO. You will partner with leadership to strengthen our operational structure and improve how work gets done across teams and client programs.

This role combines senior operational leadership with practical process management, AI, and automation to translate priorities into clear workflows and drive adoption. You’ll establish ownership, guide improvements from assessment through implementation, and work to ensure systems

• Senior operational leadership experience with cross-functional execution.
• Experience building and improving processes within an agency or growing business.

• Experience implementing AI and automation with measurable results.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar work platforms; API awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement and roadmap prioritization for efficiency and execution.
• Design workflows, SOPs, approval paths, and handoffs across operations and client services.
• Define process owners, responsibilities, deadlines, and escalation paths.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI/automation to reduce admin work and improve decisions.
• Enhance systems using platforms like Monday.com and Ramp.
• Manage implementation with internal teams or external vendors.
• Create dashboards and metrics for leadership visibility into capacity and costs.
• Train teams and drive adoption so improvements become daily practice.

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and agreed scope

BVRG is a boutique growth marketing agency supporting premium beverage brands across the Americas. We are seeking a hands-on Fractional COO to partner with leadership, strengthen our operational structure, and improve how work gets done across teams and client programs.

This role combines senior operational leadership with practical expertise in process management, AI, and automation. You will translate business priorities into clear workflows, establish ownership and accountability, and guide improvements from initial assessment through implementation and adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational improvement: Assess how the agency operates, identify bottlenecks, and establish a prioritized roadmap to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution.
• Build clear processes: Design and implement workflows, standard operating procedures, approval paths, and handoffs across operations, finance, HR, and client services.
• Establish accountability: Define process owners, responsibilities, deadlines, and escalation paths so work moves forward without constant leadership intervention.
• Turn strategy into execution: Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and drive cross-functional initiatives through completion.
• Apply AI thoughtfully: Identify and implement practical uses of AI and automation that reduce administrative work, improve visibility, and support better decisions.
• Strengthen our systems: Improve how we use Monday.com, Ramp, and other business platforms, ensuring systems support the agency’s processes and reporting needs.
• Manage implementation: Build solutions directly where appropriate and coordinate technical specialists or vendors when needed.
• Create operational visibility: Establish dashboards and performance measures that help leadership track delivery, capacity, costs, and operational issues.
• Drive adoption: Train teams, document processes, and follow through to ensure improvements become part of daily operations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a COO, Fractional COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leader with responsibility for cross-functional execution.
• Experience building and improving processes within an agency, professional services firm, or growing business.
• Strong process management skills, including workflow mapping, documentation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI and automation in business operations, with concrete examples of measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of Monday.com or comparable work management platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, and APIs, and the ability to assess technical requirements and oversee implementation.
• Business and financial judgement, including an understanding of resource allocation, operating costs, and profitability.
• The ability to influence teams, resolve competing priorities, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• A hands‑on approach: comfortable setting direction, working through details, and ensuring changes are adopted.
• Sound judgement when handling confidential business, employee, and client information.

What Success Looks Like

Clearer ownership across teams, fewer manual tasks and missed handoffs, reliable operational reporting, and more consistent execution. Leadership should have greater visibility into the business and spend less time chasing updates or resolving recurring process issues.

Engagement Structure

This is an ongoing, part‑time fractional leadership engagement with regular collaboration with agency leadership and internal teams. Scope, expected hours, availability, and decision‑making authority will be agreed upon before the engagement begins.
