You will help customers board, verify flight details, and work with ramp and provisioning teams to keep flights on schedule. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer care in a dynamic airport environment.

As a part-time position, schedules follow a bid system with training initially. Overtime and shift premiums may apply, and benefits begin promptly with the first day of employment.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement.
• Preferred: two years of airline/military ramp/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to Customers boarding flights and coordinate with Ramp, Operations, Provisions, and servicing to ensure on-time departures and quick turns.
• Assist in gate and ramp operations, update flight details, and communicate with crews and teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Support for weight and balance, weather reports, and dispatch communications as part of daily operations.
