Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Advisor in Virginia to support national security and space missions. The role focuses on spotting and developing individuals with access to information, building trusted relationships, and addressing diverse intelligence requirements.

Location is on-site with minimal travel and a strong emphasis on security. The spin-off to Trinzic will occur; candidates may transition accordingly.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Training: Completion of foundations of operational tradecraft via classroom training, practical exercises, and on-the-job experience.

Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Training: Must have successfully completed training in the foundations of operational tradecraft via classroom training, practical exercises, and on-the-job experience gained through a series of assignments. Responsible for quality assurance review of assigned project.
• Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Geographical expertise: Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
• Operational Experience: Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Basic Compensation

$165,600 to $202,400

This range is for the VA area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
