Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders, confirm quantities, codes and condition of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of received shipments and update inventory systems.
• Process orders and reconcile shipping, delivery and service performance data.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and assist with general clerical duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
