Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking key operational projects to align processes across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine business processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines are met by assisting with various assigned tasks.
  • Assist in creating onboarding and training materials for customer success and support team members on updated processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to support continuous improvement efforts across company-wide initiatives.

Position Summary Foundation Software is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to support company-wide projects focused on process alignment and improvement. This role will assist the Operations team in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing process documentation, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various departments to drive operational efficiency and standardization.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to assist in identifying operational gaps and propose solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen sense of accountability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
