Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking an Operations Account Representative in Westlake Village, CA. The role focuses on operational management of client relationships, maintaining client accounts, and managing loan pipelines to meet established metrics.

You will participate in client calls to identify remediation solutions and provide feedback on trends to drive efficiency. The position requires mortgage industry experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Mortgage Industry, Correspondent Lending or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

• Manage a pipeline of up to 50 clients. Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's.
• Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed. Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests.
• Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.
• Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding.

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $28.86 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
