Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electrical/Technician related disciplines or equivalent.
• Strong writing and documentation skills, with ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document operational test processes following specifications and standards.
• Validate customer specs vs. panel construction and perform insulation tests.
• Conduct continuity and mechanical tests on equipment to ensure proper function.
• Record deviations, ensure issues are clarified and fixed, and provide feedback to production.
• Follow SEL Values and safety/World Class Manufacturing standards; train teammates as needed.
• Identify, measure, and improv e testing area efficiency and work independently.
