Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, OT, or manufacturing technology environment.
• Exposure to industrial control systems, manufacturing networks, PLCs, HMIs, or automation systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, system administration, and access management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support multiple locations and business priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support manufacturing facilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and grow within the cybersecurity field.

Responsibilities

• Support OT and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations to secure manufacturing environments.
• Assist with monitoring of networks, access management, and incident response in OT/ICS contexts.
