Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced OT security leader in Pennsylvania to drive strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for secure OT networks. Lead segmentation efforts, collaborate with admins and vendors, and advance policies, threat intelligence, and incident response capabilities.

The role requires deep OT cybersecurity knowledge, 8+ years of relevant experience, and professional certifications (GICSP, CISSP, CISM, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443). Strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of OT security experience or related fields.
• Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, Security+, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for OT network security strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap development.
• Design and lead secure OT network architectures and upgrades to security measures.
• Analyze trends, threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, and regulatory expectations.
• Develop, refine, and implement OT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead OT network segmentation initiatives and collaborate with admins and vendors.
• Guide OT asset discovery, vulnerability management, and incident response.

• Designs and leads implementation of secure OT network architectures
• Plans and leads upgrades to OT network security measures and tools
• Analyzes trends, threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, regulatory expectations, and changing cybersecurity landscape
• Develops, refines, and implements OT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Leads OT network segmentation initiatives
• Partners with network and system administrators, automation engineers, and third-party vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent related experience
• 8+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in OT security
• Preferred Certifications: Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), GIAC Response & Industrial Defense (GRID), ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate or related certifications, Certification in Information Security Strategy Management (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security + Certification, Cisco Certified Network Designations (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
