Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Operations Standards Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs, documentation, and standards across markets. This role drives consistency, accuracy, and readiness by coordinating change management and partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations leadership to ensure successful adoption of new or updated processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, revision, and lifecycle management of SOPs, job aids, reference guides, and process maps.
• Establish documentation standards including version control, formatting, terminology, and approval workflows.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify documentation gaps and prioritize content updates.
• Ensure all process documentation reflects regulatory, policy, system, and business rule changes.
• Coordinate operational impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Develop operational readiness plans including SOP updates, communication strategy, and staff enablement resources.
• Partner with IT to interpret system changes and support user acceptance testing.
• Own and oversee operational performance dashboards tracking cash conversion cycle, growth initiatives, productivity, and efficiency.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field
