Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking an Operational Solutions Manager to navigate account priorities and drive proactive business solutions with hospital and laboratory accounts in the assigned region.

You will establish vendor relationships, identify laboratory decision makers, and educate stakeholders by phone, video, and email in a compliant manner. Collaboration with senior managers and cross‑functional teams is essential to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused services on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the complete vendor relationship and define requirements for doing business in the assigned area.
  • Identify Lab decision makers and engage effectively.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, virtual meetings and email in a compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure high quality, customer-focused service delivery in the assigned area.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory-related areas.

If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.Position SummaryThe Operational Solutions Manager is responsible for effectively navigating and managing account priorities for proactive business solutions and achieving the right to do business with hospital and laboratory accounts within the assigned area.Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish the complete vendor relationship and establish the entity’s requirements and best practices for doing business in assigned area.Identify Lab decision makers and use effective approaches to facilitate engagement.Effectively communicate by phone, virtual meeting and email to appropriately communicate and educate in a compliant manner.Collaborate and effectively communicate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers at all times, sales team and others throughout the organization as required.Ensure that all services delivered in assigned area are high quality and delivered in an excellent customer-focused manner.Respond in a prompt and timely manner to all customer-related inquiries and opportunities.Serve as a subject matter expert in various hospital administration and laboratory-related areas of focus.Strong attention to detail & effective organizational skills, with emphasis on Salesforce tracking and other deliverables.Reliably meet and exceed deliverables as assigned and other established team goals and initiatives within timelines set by management.Maintain open communication with direct leadership and other internal leaders to review progress, strategic challenges, and opportunities across assigned area.Maintain and grow “core” knowledge of Caris offerings, competitive landscape, and hospital/laboratory administration issues.Maintain all assigned company assets including laptop computer, iPhone, etc.Submit all necessary paperwork, business plans, reports and expenses as required, accurately and in a timely manner.Perform ancillary projects or other related duties as assigned.Must maintain HIPAA and other compliance guidelines at all times.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience in effectively implementing business-solution related initiatives, managing challenging situations and problem solving.Must be able to utilize critical thinking skills and exhibit problem-solving skills.Demonstrated experience in managing timelines, projects, documentation and tracking progress, and resolving conflicts.Ability to efficiently multi-task and manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed environment.Possesses strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).Must possess skills in building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, internal sales teams and other cross-functional departments.Proficient in CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce), reporting tools (i.e., Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite.Team player and people management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Oncology.Familiarity with hospital systems and pathology networks.Established relationships in hospital, laboratory, and pathology space.Physical DemandsMust be able to sit and/or stand for long periods and lift routine office supplies.Required TrainingAll job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee.Description of BenefitsHighly competitive and inclusive medical, dental and vision coverage optionsHealth Savings Account for medical expenses and dependent care expensesFlexible Spending Account to pay for certain out-of-pocket expensesPaid time off, including: vacation, sick time and holidays401k match and Financial Planning toolsLTD and STD insurance coverages, as well as voluntary benefit optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramPet InsuranceLegal AssistanceTuition AssistanceConditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check ( applicable for certain positions) and reference verification.This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions.
