In-N-Out Burger in Lancaster, TX is seeking an Operational Sanitation Associate in the Meat Department. This full-time, hourly role focuses on maintaining sanitation of meat processing rooms and ensuring USDA standards are met. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a meat facility, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Weekend and holiday availability is required; pay ranges from $22.75 to $24.50 per hour, with full benefits. Hours are 5:00 a.m.

• Work full-time, hourly non-exempt; rotating 5-day weeks with early shift.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Operational Sanitation Associate in our Lancaster, Texas Meat Department.

General Responsibilities:

• This person is responsible for maintaining the sanitation of the Meat processing rooms throughout the production day ( i.e. Meat Receiving, Boning Room and Patty Room)
• Use all proper cleaning procedures to ensure that both In-N-Out Burger and USDA standards are achieved.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times while performing work tasks.
• Be able to communicate with all associates and supervision to a minimum level required to warn of a dangerous condition.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Attention to detail ( Condition of equipment and Cleanliness )
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Pay Range: $22.75 to $24.50/hourly DOE

Physical Demands/Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to withstand varied weather conditions, such as cold and heat, extreme wet, within closed surroundings
• Will work in cold, damp environments.
• Production room temperatures are as low as 26 degrees Fahrenheit
• Position requires frequent lifting, standing, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
• Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings
