Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking an Operational Loss Scenario Analyst to support the risk management program by developing, analyzing, documenting, and reporting operational loss scenarios. You will partner with risk teams to assess severe-but-plausible events and support governance, stress testing, and enterprise risk activities.

Minimum education is a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 10 years of risk-related experience in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Strong background in risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document operational risk scenarios and maintain scenario inventories.
• Analyze loss events and trends across business lines to identify drivers.
• Prepare risk and scenario reports with dashboards for risk committees.
• Maintain governance records, methodologies, and evidence for reviews.
• Support enterprise stress testing and monitor emerging risk information.
