Coreone is seeking an Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC) Instructor based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The role involves delivering instruction to Special Operations Forces personnel and evaluating their performance in operational risk management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant operational experience, familiarity with instructional delivery, and the ability to facilitate practical exercises. **THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**
The Operational Risk Management Course (ORMC) Instructor serves as a subject matter expert responsible for delivering operational risk management instruction to Special Operations Forces personnel, facilitating practical exercises, and evaluating student performance in accordance with established course standards. The instructor develops students' ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risk in complex and dynamic mission environments through classroom instruction, mentorship, and performance-based assessments.
In addition to instructional duties, the ORMC Instructor supports the continuous improvement of the program through curriculum development, lesson plan refinement, course evaluations, and instructor qualification efforts. The instructor collaborates with Government personnel and fellow instructors to ensure course content remains operationally relevant, technically accurate, and aligned with current Special Operations requirements and training objective.
