The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

*This position is contingent upon contract award*

*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities
  • Maintain complete oversight and administrative control over the entire contract workforce, ensuring all personnel are performing in accordance with contract requirements, performance standards, and mission objectives.
  • Serve as the senior-level liaison between the Contractor and the Government, working directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contractual requirements are being met within the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Actively participate in specified meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other functions and events as deemed appropriate by the COR/ACOR.
  • Provide management, technical, cost, and schedule information to the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs during meetings, reviews, and other engagements as required.
  • Offer advice and assistance to Government stakeholders on contractual, technical, and programmatic matters to support informed decision-making and ensure successful contract execution.
  • Monitor contract performance across all functional areas, identifying potential issues, risks, or schedule delays and implementing corrective actions to ensure continued compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring contractor personnel are aligned with Government priorities and program objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports, status updates, and program documentation as required by the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Accomplish assigned special projects and tasks as directed by Government leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years managerial experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with at least 5 years at the operational level of warfare experience preferred.
  • Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines and or significant knowledge of special operations is required.
  • Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.
